Wanted:  Any TURBO PASCAL 5.x source code that will manipulate the COM port
         to send the appropriate modem commands, to sit and wait for a call,
         and then after the call comes in, to answer the phone, and detect
         which baud rate the caller is calling at.

         I have tried, and tried, and I can't seem to get the signals to
         stay on, and it seems that I'm doing something wrong.  If anyone
         has the source code for any small bulletin board system in Turbo
         PASCAL, I would greatly appreciate it.
