  You can get it at cert.sei.cmu.edu, ~ftp/pub/cops/1.02, in shar and
tar format.  I'm working on version 1.03, and it should come out one of
these days (how's that for vague :-))... maybe in a month or two.  This
will include a equivalent version written in perl, as well as the tradition
shell and C thingees.  The alpha-perl version should be ready in a week or
three, and will be posted to alt.sources or alt.security or comp.lang.perl,
as the mood strikes me.
