I just got my very own NeXTstation and even if all say otherwise, you can work quite well with only 8MB RAM. I haven't got the extented software yet, so I don't know if using the development tools makes the things harder, though. (Oh, I will have an 660MB hard disk after a week or two!) It might work well, but the NeXT is much better with 16MB, especially if you open several apps at once. Large programs like Mathematica benefit from the extra RAM too. -Mike
