THIS IS WRONG! You get *additional* features with ECS, but also *all*
the old ones. So you need a multi-sync *only* when you really want to
*use* the new features, ok? Your argument is the same as if you said
"every A500 owner *must* purchase also a BAS monochrome monitor, because
there is an output jack for one". :-)
