.hqx is a "BinHex"ed file.  (don't ask me how they got "hqx" from
"BinHex...)  The easiest way to un-BinHex a file is to use Stuffit.
Stuffit version 1.5.1 has a "Decode BinHex file" option.  The reason
to use Stuffit is that the file you get after unBinHexing is often
a Stuffed file, so you will need Stuffit anyway--easier to load
one application than two!  ;-)
