Please help me with this one:

How do I, in the mission with the bomb, manage to fly over there, get out of
the plane, take the bomb, get in the plane, fly to the bay and drop the bomb,
when I have to do it in 120 seconds?

And I cannot get onto the roof of the building where the bomb is!
