Ok.....Colorburst is experiencing a few difficulties with some legal types
according to "The Bandito" of the "Roomers" column, Amazing Computing 2/91.
Apparently the marketroids at Quantel don't want to see the Colorburst get to
the market because it uses 24-bit techniques that Quantel claim patent on.
 
I quote - 

"The Bandito supposes that Quantel is just a dinosaur fighting to stay alive 
while all of these feisty little mamals are clawing their way up the food
chain. They'd better wake up soon though. The tradiional video business is  
being turned upside down, and those who don't adapt will die."
 
I hope he's talking about Macs there....
