My inbox is over 300 and growing rapidly, because I've been working on some projects that have kept me away from it for substantial periods of time; however, comments and suggestions mailed to are always considered, even the really bad ones. And nearly all mail to that address gets responded to either by Jon or myself. There's still some comments about the README files in my inbox that bear more study, for example.
