I tried the folks on comp.sys.amiga.graphics with no success, so I hope the folks here can help as you have a more in depth outlook. PLEASE reply via mail if possible. I'm a Unix/C/Sun type of guy. Amiga programmers talk greek so I don't browse much here. I run a shareware package named dropcloth to display a color image on my workbench screen. I use the option to use the 4 colors in the pictures I display as the workbench colors. Well, whenever I get in and out of the workbench preferences thereafter, the colors go back to the workbench colors. Is this a problem in that dropcloth does not set the colors officially, or is the preferences program assuming that noone has changed them? I have sent a $15 donation to the author twice. He has never cashed my checks, nor sent me the source as advertised. NOTE: Please IGNORE the return address on this message if it says nobody@kodak.com.
