PCQ Pascal Version 1.2 is now available. ( I received a copy from Pat Quaid,
the author ). The compiler appears to be faster and there are more
library routines to play with.

There is also a peephole optimiser to speed up the assembly code produced
by the compiler.

There are couple of other changes too.
