That last line is a quote from a very funny song I heard on the radio
here in Seattle. It basically tore apart rap music. It has such great
lines as the one quoted and others like:

"We sing the same line several times, yeah we sing it....lots.. of
times yeah several times."

The main chorus goes "Rap isn't music" several times. They also have
lots of poorly sampled and replayed stuff from various songs. The
whole thing is a riot. Sorry if I offend anyone with the quote but I
nearly drove into a light pole when I heard it while driving...it was
*that* funny!
