I have nuked a few blocks on it before and I can get ProDOS 8 to not recognize it, but GS/OS automagically recognizes it.. (DAMMIT!) I want the Advanced Disk Utility to reformat my hard drive with 2:1, but it won't let me since it's already been formatted.. I was told that the 8 bit DMA utilities probably formatted it with 9:1, and that's why it takes me about 40 seconds (!!!) to boot an almost virgin Finder. I should be working on my C++ and data compression programs so I gotta jam. -- /unknown@ucscb.ucsc.edu Apple IIGS Forever! WANT ULTIMA VI //e or GS?-mail me.\ \CHEAP CDs info-mail me.
