Does anyone have a lead on the CDA that lets you change file/subdir
privileges on a Mac server over an AppleTalk network?  I know such a
thing exists, but can't seem to find it anywhere.

FTP sites preferred, or if you know where it is on America Online (we
looked) ot GEnie, let me know as well.
