Personally, I've given up on Sozobon and have moved on to GNU C. however, I'm
99% sure that you have been extracting the zoo's with

	zoo x <archive>.zoo

instead of

	zoo x// ...

The // means 'extract into subdirectories, creating them if necessary'.
