However, I wasn't able to get the GDOS clone, AMCLITE, to work. It seems to install (but accomplishes nothing) if no ASSIGN.SYS file is available. If ASSIGN.SYS is available, I get at least four bombs. I'm NOT running this from the auto folder -- I'm reluctant to put it there until I'm reasonably sure that I'll be able to boot the computer from the hard disk without it blowing up. Any tips? I'm using TOS 1.4, a 2.5MB ST, a Supra host adaptor and Supra hard disk software, and a monochrome monitor.
