I need help/advice on a problem....

	-I want to set up a clock. A simple interrupt driven clock.
	  The problem is, I don't know what time registers to use.
	  There are numerous hardware time registers in the ST, but I'm 
	  having difficulty enabling them. 

	-I have 'ST INTERNALS', which has information on most of the chips, 
	 and I am using it as reference.

Has anybody seen the new mag, 'The ONE for the ST'?It seems to be quite good..
