The quick Silver IEEE has 4 switches on it.  The frist switch is for
directing the device 8 data flow, either to IEEE bus or serial bus.
The 2nd switch is for device 9 and 10, they are ganged together.  The
last switch is for device 4 (for an IEEE printer?).
