Hmm... it took me a while, but I finally think I know what you are refering to. Some guy at U Penn asked how to create kermit headers and code objects with STAR. What I provided was a skeleton to be filled in with the actual code. The skeleton doesn't do anything by itself, and was intended only as an example.
