	I am presently working on a project with MicroSoft C V6.00.
I am thinking of modifying it to work under C++ and since I really
am in the conceptual stage more so than the programming stage, any
current version of C++ is fine for me...

I am wondering if anyone has a prefernce for certain C++ development
packages or if one is considered a standard over all the others?
