Granoff) Organization: Digital Equipment Corporation, Maynard MA Lines: 33 Last week I posted an article describing a problem which manifested itself by causing my PC to think I had pressed the right shift key (when I hadn't) resulting in, e.g. upper case characters when I expected lower case characters. Fwiw, over the weekend I tried a different keyboard, and the problem seemed to go away, which only proves that my keyboard is cheap. :-) The general concensus from the net was that I needed a new mouse driver. (Thanks, btw, for the responses.) So, I downloaded MOUSE.SYS v5.01 from Logitech's BBS. Unfortunately, the problem persists (with my original keyboard) but not as badly, so I am led to believe that this problem is more software related than hardware related, and may be able to be solved thru some software tweeking. I just need some ideas, now, as to where to tweek. Got any? To refresh your memory, I load the following things into memory: QEMM 386 with the IGNOREA20 and UNUSUAL8042 switches (among others), a couple VGA related things, ramdrive.sys, pophelp (Object Professional's Help TSR). Thanks (again) for any help.
