hi,
I want to connect a circuit to the rs232 port, but my circuit has no
power supply.  It actually consists of a IR transistor.  The purpose
of the circuit is to convert Infra Red signals (with the correct timing
of course) to rs232 level.
I know it can be done because a serial mouse is doing it to : it uses
the serial port as power supply.
Can anybody tell me how it is done ?
