OK, here's the story... I have a 1084S monitor that I would like to get
working with my XT clone. (Blue Chip).   I have an EGA card with both
the double RCA jacks and the standard monitor jack in it, but I don't know 
how the dip switches should be set.   The SW1 in the XT clone only has 5 
switches, not 8, like the EGA card manual tells me it should.  Help anyone?
