Wiskunde & Informatica, Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam Lines: 19 I use an IBM PS/2 Model 50Z (with an 286) I read somewhere that an 386SX processor has the same package as the 286. Only the contacts (pins) are on a different position. I'm not a hardware expert, but isn't it possible to plug a 386SX into the 286-foot, if you use something which will remap the pins to the correct position ???
