Does anyone know where I may obtain schematics for an EPROM programmer
which employs the Quick-Pulse Programming (tm) algorithm by Intel?  I
have a flow chart of the Quick-Pulse Programming algorithm, but I do
not fully understand what is occurring.

By the way, how much does a fully-assembled EPROM programmer cost
these days, and where may one be purchased?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
