Inside Mac Vol VI is here and now (at least it exists at Quantum books in
Cambridge).  I've seen it, looked through it and even attempted to pick it
up. (It's very heavy!)

John Shockey at our BCS MacTechGrp said that they've lowered the price
per pound on this one (the retail is $39.95).  This is an Addison wesley
publication.  They should have split this up into two volumes, it's so
big.  You'll be able to spot it easily as it will be on the bookshelf
that's sagging.
