Each issue of this mag that I've seen comes with a CD that includes the latest version of just about every international Mac OS you could imagine. Including KanjiTalk. I don't have a clue what licensing restrictions there might be. There are 4 issues per year, at $10.00 each in the US. International subscriptions available through 815-734-4205.
