Using the graphical system manager tool, anyone (I mean ANYONE !) can
change his/her own uid field !! 

I was shocked for a while but relieved to find that it is not possible
to change to an existing uid, especially the 0 uid.

Anyway, it seems like a undesired feature.  Could this be changed in
in the future release please ? (That is if this graphics tool is still
being used under 4.0 )
