One of our SS 1's functions as a gateway from our subnet to a larger
campus network, via the second ethernet board (le1) and Proxyarpd, a
public domain program for carrying out such.  Everything ran fine up to OS
4.0.3, and we've skipped over to OS 4.1.1 -- the gateway machine is the
last of our upgrade sequence.

Would anyone running Proxyarpd under OS 4.1.1 or 4.1, who encountered the
same problems we are having, tell us what they did???  Thanks ...
