Greetings,

I'm trying to transfer some files from a TRS-80 III to a PC clone.  We're
running into problems using a very old modem program on the TRS-80 side.

Does anyone know of a easy to use (and inexpensive :-) modem program or 
utility program to facilitate this conversion?  (TRS-DOS 1.2   yep it's 
*old*  to  MS-DOS 3.3)

I need to get this done soon so I can use PageMaker to typeset my sister's 
masters thesis and time is running out.  My sister may well be inclined to 
dedicate her thesis to anyone who can help out ;-)
