Is there a complete definition of a VT100 terminal available
free or for a minimal fee?  None of my emulators seem to be
sufficiently complete for the applications.  I'd like to
reprogram more keys.

Some years ago I think I tried to buy a definition from ANSI but
couldn't afford the $30 price tag.  I'm poorer now.
