In a recent article, Michael Haardt announced the need for beta-testers
for MROFF and Origami, and identified the ftp site from which these
could be had (specifically, ftp.thp.uni-koeln.de, 134.95.64.1). I have
not yet been able to get ftp to connect to this site (it always times
out before connection is established), but I can ping it successfully.
What's up?
