I've heard of a rumoured ``difftex.sh'' that works with changebar.sty
to produce a tex file with changebars inserted.

I checked the archives, and found changebar.sty, but didn't see difftex
anywhere.

Could some kind soul point me in the right direction, or send me
the code?
