Does anyone out there have or know of a style file to format addresses,
phone #'s, etc. for printing onto standard pocket sized ($\sim 4x6$)
Filofax or DayRunner forms?

I guess I don't have to use {\it those\/} forms, but I've got a pack of
them and figure I might as well use them. Anything close or suggestions
that I can hack would also be appreciated.

P.S. Give me a break, I have an ``economy model'' DayRunner, not the
budget-busting Filofax.
