Message-ID: Date: 29 Apr 91 22:10:00 GMT Sender: VMNNPOST@pucc.Princeton.EDU (Listserv to Netnews Gateway) Organization: Listserv to Netnews Gateway at pucc.Princeton.EDU Lines: 22 Approved: AUXPOST@PUCC Does anybody know if Apple is actually shipping the floppy upgrade (2.0->2.0.1). I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks. I placed the order with the Lexington Computer Store. They don't know what the problem is! Seems like it would be cheaper to put the upgrade on a CD Rom. Unfortunately I don't have direct access to the internet and in any case do not have a lot of free disk space... Seems like apple *ought* to have distribution problems sorted out by now (It took eight weeks to get a defective 2.0 media replaced). An irate customer... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Jerry LeVan | Phone:(606)-622-1931 | | Department of Computer Science | | | Eastern Kentucky University | Email:matlevan@eku.bitnet | | Richmond Ky 40475 | | |---------------------------------------------------------------------------| | "The series converges so slowly that it actually diverges." | -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
