I dropped my subscription to this list earlier this year.  

Mailings magically re-appeared a little over a month ago.  I have been sending
messages to just about every address that makes sense, and a few long shots in
an attempt to re-cancel without results.  A message to the list was met with a
flood of abusive mail.  Sorry folks, but nothing seems to work.  Maybe if 
enough of you complain about the flurry of unsubscribe messages TO THE 
MODERATOR or list maintainer ( if they are not the same person ) something 
will get done.

My mail file space is limited.  Info-Unix generates enough traffic that I 
simply can't afford to receive it.  Pleeeeeeeaaaassse stop!
