When I issue the command make install.debug, the libraries which are created
are stored in iv/installed/lib/SUN4, not iv/installed/lib/SUN4.debug.
As a consequence, the use of make all.debug fails because it cant find
the libraries. A simple workaround is to manually move the libraries to
the right place after the make install.debug, I suppose. 

Any assistance in fixing this problem would be appreciated.
