I'm looking for "A Tutorial for InterViews Programmers" by John
Vlissides.  At the moment, I have a hardcopy of Parts I and III, and I
would like to get the source for all parts (however many there are) so
that I can make a fresh copy.  The document is a very good
introduction and it takes the programmer by the hand from simple to
complex programs.  If you have a copy, could you email it, or tell me
where I can ftp it.
