Set the type rate using your favorite utility for such a purpose from the DOS command line before entering Windows. Then, delete the line in the WIN.INI [Windows] section that says KeyboardSpeed=xx. Windows will now use the setting that existed when you entered Windows, and *all* DOS applications that you run out of Windows will use these same settings. -- Jeff Rife P.O.
