I recently downloaded REFONT.ZIP from cica.cica.indiana.edu.
This program converts apple mac adobe type 1 files to IBM windows
(ATM compatible) files.

I took an adobe type 1 mac AFM file, and did create a PFM with refont.
How do I create the needed PFB file? 
What is the mac equivelent to a PFB? ("outline" file)

finally, what is the difference (for the sake of argument) between 
an PFM and PFB?
