What would ti ->cost to upgrade the ATI card from 512k to 1meg? I don't know the relative performance compared to Prodesigner, but I can say that compared to the old ATI Wonder 512K and the "older" ATI Wonder+ 512K, the "new" Wonder+ 1024K is 3 times as SLOW when initializing 256 color screens. For example, the old card took ~10 seconds to load and get to the "Do you have a joystick?" prompt in the LucusFilm "Secret Weapons of the Luftwaft" demo (on a 486-33). The Wonder+ 1024 took ~33 seconds to do the same thing. Needless to say, I sent my "upgrade" back. Windows 3.0 initialization was also slower, although once in windows, the refreshes were decent.
