It takes about 45 seconds to print a page of text. You can download fonts to its 37K buffer, but that adds another couple minutes to a print job. Other than the speed, it's great. Note that you will need the Windows Supplemental Drivers Disk (from Microsoft for $20 or I understand from CompuServe) to set it up as a Canon printer.
