1) When I return from running some of the BCC programs (tdw for example), the
   upper portion of the window would mess up and the mouse pointer would
   dissappear. Is this the well-known Borland bug or a new one?
2) where (ftp sites) can I get the BCC patches that supposedly fix the
   scrolling problem?
