There was recently a favorable review of Blue Sky Software's
WindowsMAKER, a Windows application development tool, in Computer
Language.  But it appears the writer neglected to provide an address or
phone number of the vendor.

So I have a few questions:  First, does anyone know the phone number
for Blue Sky Software?  Second, does anyone with experience with the
product have opinions they'd like to share?  I would be interested in
your views as to its ease of use, and also in how comprehensive its
support of the SDK is.  Do you consider it a serious application tool,
or is it intended primarily for prototyping?
