I have 2 questions: 1. When I run xdm (X11R3) from the /ect/rc2 script, it works fine. When I run it manually from within my shell, the login fails because it thinks (I assume) that I have entered the wrong login name and password. Any ideas, please? 2. Is there any way to obtain ready-built copies of X11R4, as I don't have sufficient room to build it on my system from the sources. I'm running ISC SVR3.2 on a 386 PC. If available on an archive site, can you supply the Internet address, please? Thanks, Paul
