Subject: oclock with tick marks

Has anyone writen an oclock-like clock for XWindows that has tick marks like
xclock?  I want something with tick marks, but I really like the fact that
oclock's window is just the round face of the clock itself, and not the
entire bounding rectangle.  Does such a creature exist?
