The termcap file has a comment indicating a change if one does not use vi . The bold has no comments. The vi has no comments either. Each of these have differing attributes. Does anyone have any description of what the differences are between the 3 files? I assume that the bold termcap turns on bold letters in some cases - but I am not sure what cases it is. And I am not sure of some of the differences between termcap and termcap.vi ... -- Larry W.
