I would like to run X clients on the unix machines and have them display on the VMS machines via the DECwindows server. The VMS machines are all running multinet TCP/ip. Is this posible and can someone clue me in on how to set it up. Since Decwindows is really X, I shouldn't have any problem, right? I've tried setting the DISPLAY environment variable in unix to vmsmachine:0 but I still get UNABLE TO OPEN DISPLAY. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
