Does anyone know how to calculate point size of a font without calling
XGetFontProperty.  The X11/NeWS server from Sun doesn't have that many
properties defined for its fonts, and I need to properly calculate point
size based on the information given the XFontStruct.  Any help would
greatly be appreciated.
