Does anyone out there have some code where multiple instances of X toolkit
applications may be implemented in a single address space?  Each instance
needs to be able to read input and dispatch events independently of each
other instance.  I know this must be done using multiple application contexts
but since I have never done this before I was hoping I could look at some code
before attempting to continue.
