     National Exhibits by Blind Artists (NEBA) is looking for
legally blind professional artists to submit original works of art for
their eighth national travelling exhibit.  The pieces, chosen by the
jury, will be fully insured for the duration of the exhibit which will
last from 1 to 1 1/2 years.  The works will go to several cities,
starting off in Philadelphia.  This is a chance to sell your work.  To
obtain the necessary forms (that must be completed and received, with
color slides, by May 15, 1991) please write to:
